The Story.
Once upon a time a crow became very thirsty. He flew about in search of water.
But he could not find it nearby. All of a sudden he saw a pitcher half full of
water. But he could not drink it. He hit upon a nice plan. He flew to the
nearest mound and returned with a small pebble in his beak. He dropped it into
the pot and flew back to bring another. In this way he threw a lot of pebbles
into it. At last the water rose up to the brim. He drank it to his heart’s
content and flew away full of great joy.
Moral. Necessity is the mother of invention.
