Outline.
A fox
invites a crane to dinner---soup in a flat dish---crane returns
hungry---decides to teach him a lesson---invites the fox --- food in a
narrow-necked jar --- fox returns hungry --- Moral.
Once a
fox invited a crane to dinner. But he made a fool of his guest by putting some
soup before him in a flat dish. The crane returned home without eating
anything. He therefore, determined to teach the fox a lesson.
After a few days,
he invited the fox to dinner. But the put before his guest, some boiled rice in
a narrow necked jar. The fox was unable to eat anything and returned home full
of bitter disappointment.
Moral. Do unto
others, as you would be done by. (or) As you sow, so shall you reap.
